A 1/4 beef share is perfect to keep your freezer stocked with healthy, grass-fed beef. You get to try it all! The beef will be divided into NY Strip, Filet, Ribeye, Sirloin, Chuck Roast, Shoulder Roast, Rump Roast, Sirloin Tips, Cube Steak, Kabob Meat, and Ground Beef. The steaks are packaged individually allowing you to pick exactly how many you want to cook. The ground beef will come in 1lb increments and can be defrosted in no time! Roasts are approximately 3lbs each perfect for those Sunday dinners.
As with all of our products at Wesley Heritage Farm, our beef is sustainably and ethically raised. Our cattle are never given steroids, hormones, antibiotics, or GMOs. We never feed grain to our cattle; they are always 100% grass-fed and finished. We use regenerative farming practices to create the healthiest environment possible for our cattle and to improve the soil quality for future generations.

This 1/4 beef share will be available for delivery on March 18, 2022.
- 100% Grass-Fed:
All of our cows are grass fed and finished. We turn our cattle out on pasture 365 days of the year. They are never confined or penned.
- Approximate Yield:
A quarter cow will yield approximately 80-90lbs of beef.
- Processing:
We process our meat at a USDA inspected facility to ensure the highest quality product reaches your door. Our processor is also a certified humane handling facility.
- Pricing:
A 1/4 cow is $9.14/lb for the take home weight. We price our beef based off of the weight that hits your freezer, not based on the live weight or the hanging weight of the animal. We want you to know exactly what you are paying for. No surprises on delivery day! The pricing includes USDA inspected butchering, packaging & delivery.
